OVERVIEW
ENSM offers three ministry tracks for focused input and growth in a practical area of ministry. In addition to the core curriculum taken by everyone, students select one of these three tracks for sustained input, reading, and reflection during the course.
Practical Ministry Outcome
Depending on your ministry track, there are various outcomes that may obtain from completing the programme. For some, ENSM will lead directly to full-time ministry as a campus minister, church planter, or local church minister. For others, this will enhance your effectiveness in your current ministry and prepare you for the next step. Part of going through the ENSM process is discerning God’s will, confirming his calling, and making plans for what God has next.
The following tracks for specialised training and equipping in a specific area of ministry are available to choose from:
Equipping local church and ministry leaders to grow healthy and effective Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible local churches.
Equipping leaders to plant Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches in the key educational, cultural, and business centres of Europe.
Equipping leaders to start, lead, and grow thriving and effective campus ministries in strategic university cities across Europe.
