THE ENSM CURRICULUM INCLUDES EVERY NATION’S LEADERSHIP 215.
All ENSM students will complete Leadership 215, the global standard for ordination in Every Nation. In addition to watching lectures, reading books, and writing papers, students will review course content in the monthly online classrooms. For those who have already completed Leadership 215, you will do the reading, writing, and review sufficiently to participate in the monthly meetings.
Introduction Course
This course teaches the mission, values, and culture of Every Nation. It aims to provide you with a greater understanding of the heart of Every Nation, to inspire you to live this out in your own life, and to equip you to impart this to others.

Old Testament Survey
The goal of this course is to provide the student with a general overview of each Old Testament book, a basic knowledge of the book’s contribution to the unfolding story of redemption, and an awareness of each book’s central theological themes.

New Testament Survey
The goal of this course is to provide background information about the authorship, style, and purpose of the New Testament writings in order to equip students to become effective ministers, communicators, and preachers of the Gospel.

Systematic Theology 1
At the end of this course, students should:
Have a basic knowledge of what systematic theology is and how it is done.
Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the nature and authority of Scripture and the nature of God.
Recognize incorrect doctrinal teaching at a basic level concerning these doctrines.
Avoid basic erroneous biblical interpretations that violate these doctrines.
Grow in awe and reverence at the majesty and mystery of God.
Be inspired to study the Bible and theology more.
Desire to be more biblically and theologically accurate in their teaching.

At the end of this course, students should:
Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the nature of the Incarnation, the person of the Holy Spirit, and the human spiritual condition.

Avoid basic erroneous biblical interpretations that violate these doctrines.
Grow in awe and reverence at the majesty and mystery of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grow in desire to cultivate a close relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Grow in compassion for humans given our fallen condition.

At the end of this course, students should:
Understand what Scripture teaches and what Every Nation believes regarding salvation, the church, and eschatology.
Be able to incorporate these doctrines into one’s overall theological understanding, local church ministry, and preaching ministry.
Have a greater appreciation of God, his church, and his plans for the culmination of history.
Be edified by these biblical truths.
Grow in love for Jesus Christ and obedience to him.

By the end of this course, the participants should:

Spirit-Empowered Ministry
This course aims to accomplish the following:
Increase the student’s understanding of the person and work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the disciples.
Increase the student’s personal understanding of who the Holy Spirit is and what he does in and through us to advance God’s kingdom.
Enable the student to minister gifts of the Holy Spirit in conjunction with the preaching of the gospel and for the edification of the church.
